2025 Capital City Figure Skating Competition

The Star City Figure Skating Club is pleased to announce that registration for the 2025 Capital City Figure Skating Competition is now open.
This competition is a part of the Cornhusker State Games and is a qualifying event for the 2026 State Games of America, which will be held in State College, Pennsylvania, from July 28 to August 2, 2026!

We invite skaters of ALL skill levels and ages to participate! Standard and Adult events will include Singles, Showcase, Athlete Development, Dance, and Compete USA.
In the summer of 2017, SCFSC brought some serious sparkle to Lincoln with the first Capital City Figure Skating Competition!
Skaters spun, jumped, and glided onto the podium, marking a new chapter in local figure skating. By 2018, SCFSC earned the prestigious honor of hosting the official figure skating competition with the Cornhusker State Games and the official qualifying event for the State Games of America. We offer events for all ages and levels.
