By proceeding with your donation to the Star City Figure Skating Club (SCFSC), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 
• Your contribution is a voluntary, tax-deductible donation to SCFSC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, in support of our mission to provide access to figure skating facilities and programs for individuals of all ages.
• You will receive the benefits associated with your selected tier (e.g., ads, website recognition, verbal announcements, social media shoutouts, and complimentary tickets) for one calendar year from the date of receipt, as outlined on our sponsorship page.
• This sponsorship does not imply SCFSC's endorsement of your company's products, services, or views. You may reference the sponsorship in marketing (e.g., "Proud Sponsor of Star City Figure Skating Club") but not imply endorsement without written consent.
• For recurring monthly pledges (available up to Silver), payments will be processed automatically until canceled, with prorated benefits if terminated early. No refunds on processed payments.
• SCFSC will provide a receipt for tax purposes. All funds will be used in accordance with our bylaws to support club operations, scholarships, equipment, and events.
 
For All Tiers: Proceeding confirms that you agree to the above pledge statement on behalf of your Company.
